I'm the founder of Coffee Lab — a platform that makes specialty coffee tangible and measurable. What started as personal curiosity is now a Social Sensory Platform that connects coffee lovers and roasters in new ways.

How It All Started

My coffee journey started with a simple question: Why does the same coffee taste so different to different people? I started organizing blind tastings with friends — without knowing which coffee we were drinking. The results were fascinating: Everyone perceives acidity, body and sweetness differently.

That's how the idea for Coffee Lab was born: A digital platform that makes these blind tasting experiences scalable and helps everyone understand their own taste better.
